RESTAURANT BUSINESS EXPANSION
Our client - a Chinese hospitality entrepreneur - wanted to open an Italian restaurant in Beijing. We assisted our client in all aspects of the process by providing market analysis, a strategic implementation plan, branding, marketing and relationship management with suppliers. Moreover, we organised a business trip to Italy and assigned a team of Italian food professionals to oversee the project.
REFINERY BUSINESS EXPANSION
An Italian jewellery brand wanted to expand its UK presence and boost international sales. We assisted our client in all aspects of the process by developing an e-commerce platform and managing payment systems, overseeing international sales logistics and delivery, analysed and improved the supply chain, conducted market research, while also providing market access via planning 10+ events, 2 professional photoshoots, and several client introductions.
ENERGY BUSINESS INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION
We guided the CEO of an Italian energy business in its international expansion strategy. The services included strategic planning and execution of an international capital funding campaign, physical participation in negotiations with top management, organisation of a series of meetings with industrial investors and trade associations, as well as accompanying the client on a U.S. business trip.
HOTEL REFINANCING PROJECT
Our client - a luxury 4* 100-rooms hotel in London - required to refinance its current mortgage structure. We provided an advisory strategy, in partnership with a leading mortgage company, comprising the negotiation of mortgage terms with several lenders and the renegotiation of the lease structure with the current hotel operator.
LUXURY DMC STARTUP
Our client required set-up, administrative and payment systems support to launch a destination management company focused on bringing international clients to explore luxury destinations in Italy. We assisted the company as an external CFO on a daily basis - i.e. invoicing, payment solutions, business planning and cash flow forecasting - and in all the company secretarial matters - i.e. tax and administrative duties, including HRMC and Companies House.
MARKET EXPANSION FOR MEMBER-CLUB
Our client - a Milan based members-club - was seeking market expansion via establishing a solid international network of reciprocal clubs. The club wanted to give its local members access to other international venues, extending their networks and business opportunities. We assisted the club in all aspect of relationship management by establishing multiple contacts with an exclusive network of reciprocal clubs and securing the new partnership.
HOTEL GROUP EXPANSION
Our client - a French Hotel Group - was seeking market expansion via suitable real estate investment opportunities in Italy. We provided a range of services including investment analysis across five cities (Milan, Rome, Florence, Venice and Naples), relationship management between the hotel owner and group management, and liaison with both legal and tax services.
